On behalf of the OZCF Board of Directors and the Place of Worship Advisory Committee (PWAC), it is my pleasure to invite you to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Ontario Zoroastrian Community Foundation (OZCF) for the Place of Worship....
The EGM will be held in-person only. The mailing package includes the following documents which you can click on and read by logging into your OZCF profile: 1. Cover Images 2. President’s Letter 3. Notice and Agenda for the Extraordinary General Meeting 4. Proxy Form for the Extraordinary General Meeting Event Schedule: 01:30 pm – 3:30 pm – Extraordinary General Meeting for the Place of Worship We request that you arrive by 1:00 pm to enable us to start the meeting on time.
